Beginning March 17, 2009 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) until July 17, 2009 at 9:00 AM (the entry period) you may enter the 7 UPS House Raffle 2009 the following ways:

GRAND PRIZE
(Winner will be given the choice of the House as stated or $150,000 in cash via Certified Check)
One (1) Grand Prize winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the home located at 425 Tyson Circle, Roswell Georgia 30076. House is sold in as-is condition with no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than that purchased from an unaffiliated party and specifically listed on the settlement statement. Closing costs to be paid by the raffle sponsor include all County and State transfer taxes, tax stamps, recordation costs, title abstract, title search, flood certification, closing agent fees, owners title insurance, property taxes up until transfer of the title and a home warranty. Property will transfer within 90 days of drawing date.
Closing costs to be paid by the Grand Prize winner include any lender costs, homeowners insurance and property taxes after transfer of title. Actual value of the house depends on market fluctuations.
Note: Winner of the Grand Prize (if more than 7,000 tickets are sold) may opt for a Cash Grand Prize of $150,000 in lieu of ownership of the home and be issued a Form 1099G in the amount of $150,000.
Grand Prize winner will be issued IRS form 1099G in the approximate retail value of the property or the cash prize of $150,000. Any income taxes arising from winning any Prize shall be the responsibility of the Prize winner.
SECOND PRIZE
One (1) second prize winner shall win $5,000.00. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age. Any income tax arising from winning any Prize shall be the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
